I was very lucky to come in contact with Carole when I had hit crisis point within my family and felt there was nowhere else to turn to for help.
Prior to this meeting I had spent years searching and trying various forms of support and counselling in search of solutions - within a few weeks of working with Carole I could see potential for positive change which was a huge relief and I can honestly say as a result of her support I and our family have come a long way to finding a calmer and workable way forward and I believe with her guidance and support we are now able to positively cope with life's ever changing challenges for which I will always be grateful. I feel enormously thankful that after my first session with Claire It was apparent to me that she had all the qualities I was hoping for in a counsellor and also that – through conversation - she could tell instantly where the root of my blockage stemmed from.
In my case I had experienced a childhood trauma which was simply unresolved. Through a relatively short series of sessions Claire helped guide me through the most effective way to take ownership of this event and work towards resolving this trauma so I could be free of its effects. P24
